My 400th geocache
Well, about two months ago I was on track to find my 300th geocache for my birthday. A lot happened since then and I had couple of good runs that took me well over 300 way before my birthday. So it was time to plan my 400th find for my birthday. Not too far from my home there is the oldest cache in North Carolina so I've decided to mark it as my 400th find. Octopus Garden seemed just perfect for such occasion. Cache was hidden 30th of September 2000. Puzzle is simple and find is not difficult. However it does have a deep root in geocaching.
I always wanted to solve this puzzle...
There is a puzzle/virtual geocache called The Cyrillic Projector not too far from home. I always wanted to solve. I sat down several times and worked on it but one thing was missing. For most of the part I figured out I need to use Vigenere Cipher tool and need to transcribe image.

After transcript one needs to figure out how to get Cyrillic into Latin alphabet. Figuring out password took a guess or two and confirmation. Some google search and checking the cache itself helped.
Now I have the solution and waiting for Sun to go down so I can experience it the way it was intended.
